“The Customer Service was so poor, that I was unable to pin down a date of arrival. I was told we can only email the Supplier as we don't have a contact number. Ordered 22nd Oct and Cancelled mid December.”

“Well furniture is lovely but coffee table had a chip in it, I had read reviews from people who used this company and said customer services was good ….. here is my experience it took 12 emails and one call (pointless as they told me to email them !!!!)to get them to agree to exchange table I didn’t even want a refund!!!! Had email from company to collect but I was not around that day messaged them to let them know still waiting obviously not now going to get this before Christmas make sure u look at small print u have to repack returns we’ll table weighed a ton and as I had to rip boxes to get it out couldn’t repack so cost me £10 in bubble wrap and nearly killed me doing it ….. I’m not gonna bother to email or call again as I’m fed up with the whole process Roseland uve let urself down big time I will never buy from u again”

“Ordered in October to hopefully receive it in our new home in time for christmas. Delivery was a disaster, damaged the sofa and interior walls in our new home. Will not buy again and we have some big purchases still to buy for our new home so they have missed out on our business.”

“Good company to deal with, have bought several items in the past with no issues. Unfortunately, the courier let them down this time and only delivered half of the desk we ordered it took another week to get that sorted.”
