“Very pleased with our purchases of Roseland furniture, it all looks very stylish and is of a very good quality. Also we were very impressed by the friendly customer service in the outlet shop in Truro. We recently bought items online and at the outlet. The customer service rating is for the outlet shop.”

“One of my bar stools, was slightly damaged at bottom of leg , did find piece of wood in box and glued it back on. Apart from that I would give them 5star”

“Customer services rude and unhelpful, didn’t wanted to hear they were behind and deal with their delivery partners who have all their drivers sick with Covid?! Two wardrobes I e ordered end of July s’aimer to be delivered within 5-10 days, with no guarantee to deliver any time soon! And they wont refund me immediately after asking them to cancel the order, because the same delivery partners that are holding my items have to deliver the items back to them and only then I can get my refund?! Awful”

Thank you for your review. I can see that you wished to cancel your order due to the couriers not being able to deliver the goods in time for you. I can see that we have asked the courier to return the goods to us for a refund. Once they confirm that the goods are on the way back then we will issue you with your refund as requested. “Roseland as a company we’re very good at responding to my complaint and quickly arranged collection and refund of the damaged items. Great customer service. However, Roseland really need to investigate their warehouse / quality control. The items I received were badly damaged and there was no quality control stickers on the items, therefore I can only assume they didn’t go through checks before being packed, and I received a bad quality product. Roseland were great at sorting it out, but it does mean I will not purchase from Roseland again as I cannot trust the product.”

“Lovely piece of furniture. Fits exactly where I wanted it. Very fast delivery, fits most of 5he things in I wanted. Very well made. I needed a very narrow piece to fit in the gap near my chimney.”
