“The bookcase was fine but the delivery company was terrible the told me on 2 occasions that they would arrive so I wasted 2 days waiting for them they then turned up on a day I was not prepared for them”

“Single bed frame - a quality item. Beautiful wood and well made. Only downside was the delivery. They didn’t wait for me to get to the side gate and dumped the delivery in the front garden and drove off.!”

“I was looking for a small bookcase for my spare bedroom - was very pleased with Roseland. The bookcase looks very smart and could go anywhere in my house. Although of excellent quality it is not too heavy. It holds a surprising number of paperbacks. It came well packaged but all the packaging was recyclable so I was very pleased. I hope to purchase further items from Roseland.”

“Although it is a great piece of furniture, it's not the size the website states. It is much smaller. I did email to complain about this and they did get back to me straight away. They were contacting the manufacturer about it and I am still waiting to hear back about my compensation .”

“Parasol was excellent. Good product. Delivery took too long. Roseland contacted their courier and parasol arrived the next day. Packaging looked as if both ends had been opened and retaped but all contents were there.”
