“The book cases I ordered were just what I expected from the information on the website and look great. They were very well packaged and delivered well within a week. I used the help service once and got a prompt reply. The only thing I would have liked was better information on the expected delivery day as you have to wait in for such large pieces of furniture but I understand that this is in the hands of the company chosen to deliver things.”

“Very pleased with the Hampshire range coffee table. The order was processed speedily and efficiently. However I was very disappointed with the delivery. I was asked to help carry the coffee table up to my second floor flat, which I found quite difficult to do as a disabled person.”

“The Blanket Box which I purchased was damaged in transit. I have been offered an exchange but have not yet received it. The damaged box has been collected. Roseland only let you know on the day of delivery which can make it difficult to plan. It would be useful to have a few days' notice. Hope to receive my replacement box soon.”

“Easy ordering process. Excellent communication. Extremely speedy despatch and delivery. Very well packaged. Good quality bookcase at a reasonable price. Nice finish that fits in an environment where all the fixtures, fittings etc are oak.”

“So pleased with our new sideboard from Roseland Furniture, our 3rd item from this outlet. From ordering to delivery took 5 days. Was a little concerned when l saw where the sideboard was on the delivery van, perched on top of other items, so took loads of photos of the condition of the box it came in as there were a few dents in the cardboard. Needn't have worried, Roseland had packed the sideboard so well in 2 boxes with padding so our new sideboard was just perfect. Would buy from Roseland Furniture again.”

“All round excellent service. Very prompt delivery. Careful delivery up to our bedroom. Excellent packaging with no damage to contents. Clear instructions and all contents as listed. A very good sized wardrobe and looks well. We were very pleased with the sale offer price. Thank you.”
