“The quality of the marble of the table is amazing but the finishing of the golden legs was too bas to be honest. The colour sprayed was more like brass thangolden and some bits of the spray were falling off. The customer service was really good though and they offered me several choices to make this right. I opted in for £35 refund and will try to spray the legs on my own.”

“Lesley the legend After a kerfuffle we have received our goods thanks mainly to the efforts of Lesley, who was very open and honest about some errors that were made. Lesley went above and beyond to make sure that we were looked after and now we are delighted with the service we received. “Undelivered as of yet. Wardrobe and chest of drawers Purchased on 23 July 2021 and as of yet 10 August 2021 I still have not received my goods I have contacted Rosedale multiple times to chase the courier who are not contactable by telephone, mobile or email. Still waiting”

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry for the delay. I can see that a delivery date has now been booked by the couriers who have emailed you the information. The courier used for delivery are contactable via email but were having telephone lines installed into their new office, which is why we were unable to contact them via phone. “Our experience has been very disappointing so far. We have only placed one order and the item arrived so badly damaged that it has to be returned. We are waiting to hear when the courier will arrive to collect it so that we can receive our refund. We also found it difficult to contact the delivery company to find out when the delivery would be. We would have preferred not to give a star rating until we find out how well and how quickly this return and refund will be handled.”

“This coffee table was the second item I bought, unfortunately not as well made as the sideboard I previously bought. Loose piece of wood across centre of table under the drawer which keeps falling down. Screws to attach legs not aligned properly on one side. It was very cheap in the sale and I guess you buy what you pay for. I like the look of it and the size is great for what I wanted but ………”

“Delighted by my bookcase. Would have liked warning of its arrival. Rang with 10 minutes warning. But arrived within 2. Fortunately had son staying so was able to move necessary furniture in time. The piece itself is exactly as I hoped that it would be.”
