“2nd order of furniture from Roseland. Very pleased great quality lovely furniture. Received 5 days after placing order communication brilliant and received very well packed no damage. Looks lovely in my lounge and dining room. Getting ready to make a 3rd purchase! Very good company.”

“I am very pleased with the quality of this unit. My delivery was very quick and the unit was packaged very well. However, I am upset that one of the doors does not close properly. Is there anything that can be done to rectify this?”

“Product good. Ordering process good. Packaging - good use of cardboard to protect the product. However final packaging uses dense plastic foam corners and cling wrap neither of which can be recycled. The logistic provider also needs improvement. Tracking was impossible with archaic web based system. No GPS data provided.”

“I am still waiting for a delivery and still have no idea when the delivery will be made due to random and unfulfilled messages from their courier (Tuffnells) Sadly I had significant purchases to make after this first tester order and I feel considerably let down and have no choice but to go elsewhere. The entire experience has been substandard,”

“The furniture I ordered is excellent quality. I was worried that the shade of grey would be different to the online picture but it was exactly what I hoped for. 1 criticism, the delivery app, very confusing, said it had been delivered Friday, couldn’t get to chat online with the delivery people, but it turned up bright and early Monday morning (the app didn’t show that)! All in all, would buy from Roseland again.”

“Amazing service from begining to end. Despatched within 1 hour and courier service was fantastic- tracking accurate to within minutes of delivery. Delighted with quality of product - only slight concern when I opened package was that I had to assemble console myself. However it turned out not to be too difficult. Definitely recommend this company and its products.”

“This is the second item from this range that we have ordered, the first had to be done through Amazon because it couldn’t be delivered to Scotland direct from roseland. Both items arrived minus some handles. The first time they arrived within a few days but the second time it has taken 3 weeks., after 3 emails to get them. I was told the delay was probably because they had to come all the way up to Scotland!!! Furniture is good but feel slightly aggrieved that Scotland seems to be on the other side if the world.”

“I was very disappointed with the delivery. The bookcase was left on the drive in it’s packaging. Once unpacked it took two people to carry it indoors and position it. I wonder what I’d have done if I hadn’t had a friend visiting to help me. It should be made clear that delivery is to the doorstep with no unpacking carried out. I guess I’m used to John Lewis service! Elements of the construction of the bookcase are quite basis, I would have expected a little more refinement considering the cost. The shelves are screwed in place, I assume for transport. They were difficult to remove. Also the predrilled holes to reposition the shelf supports were too small and had to be carefully enlarged with a drill.”
