“I received an item of furniture that was damaged. I contacted Roseland and, after supplying a photo of the damage, Roseland organised a collection and replacement within 7 days. I am very impressed with the service and now extremely happy with the sideboard. Great customer service. As an added comment ,I would say that Roseland were also the most competitively priced for the item of furniture I ordered. Would definitely recommend.”

“Furniture very good but delivery service poor. Contacted Roseland to discuss but no real effort to help so I kitted out 2 bedrooms from a competitor. Shame really the 3 items bought are really good.”

Hello Rob Young We apologise if the delivery was not as expected. We do forward all notes to the carriers for our customers. The table was delivered via the suppliers courier and unfortunately we do not have the control over them. We apologise if you then felt the need to go elsewhere. Kind regards Roseland

“My items arrived damaged and looked very poor quality. After what felt like a seemless returns policy with arranging with their courier to collect he damaged items for a refund, the courier didn’t turn up on the day arranged and I am still waiting for collection! I’m chasing this everyday and seem to get same response, that the item is due for collection by the courier. I’ve emailed everyday, if not twice a day and my stress levels are very high! Ive asked for a manager to address my complaint and I still haven’t had a satisfactory response to even suggest that it has been escalated to a manager! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!”

“Very pleased with how well my sideboard was packaged and arrived without any damage. Sideboard looks lovely. The only fault was that one of the holes of the drawer knob had to be made bigger as the screw would not go through fully.”

“We were very impressed with the end to end service from Roseland. Product dispatched quickly, good delivery, easy to follow instructions and assembly (and not too much to do) and the quality of the wood and look of the piece is very pleasing. We have seen much more expensive versions so feel very happy with our purchase. We will no doubt use them again!”

“Sadly one of our bedsides arrived damaged (by DPD as evident that it was dropped and then "resealed with care by DPD", but Roseland were great and promptly sent us a new one, as well as picked up the old one within 2 days 👍🏻 Very satisfied, the quality is amazing and the price is good. Waiting for the matching wardrobe to come back in stock.”
