“Good communication from company throughout process. Furniture arrived very quickly and is exactly what I wanted \ nice quality. Only reason I haven't given 4 stars is that the delivery company were meant to deliver between 4:15pm to 6:15pm. I went out earlier but was back at the house for 3:45pm however when I got back the delivery company had already been and just left the items lying in the garden. Luckily it was a dry day and the furniture was un-damaged”

“Just purchased a tv cabinet. I was initially worried as I didn't immediately receive an update on estimated delivery however, after a quick chase up with Roseland, my cabinet arrived later that day. I then had a couple of other queries which I raised with them and they resolved those queries immediately. Overall, extremely satisfied with both the product and the service received.”

“Ordered fromRoseland Furniture the Roseland Oak 132cm TV Cabinet, it arrived yesterday morning. Really pleased with it, just what we needed for our new TV. Good quality, very sturdy. Excellent service from initially ordering to receiving this item. Initially the item was out of stock so I had to wait but was kept up to date with my order. I was been notified it was on its way and was here with 2 days of that notification. Very good service. Definitely recommended.”

“I am sorry, but I shall not be purchasing any future furnishings from Roseland Furniture because of your delivery company XDP. They deliver furniture without arranging a suitable delivery date with customer, it is almost impossible to communicate with XDP to stop a delivery and their 0843 178555 contact number costs a small fortune per minute.”

“Excellent products, just as on website. Ordered 2 bedside chests and another larger chest of drawers, which arrived much sooner than expected and extremely well packaged. Very pleased with product and very good value for money. Have already recommended them to friends.”
