“Extremely disappointed in the service received from this company. I ordered a side table and small sideboard at the same time. The side table came first which was OK but a little small and arranged an exchange which went through OK, however when I received the exchange item (this came before the sideboard) it was damaged. We were offered £50 or an exchange but the delivery service we received was so shocking we decided to take the money. They said they would be in contact for collection of the side table and that did not happen for 2 weeks. Our sideboard was due to be delivered 5 days before it came with tracking not working and the only response I got was "let me know if it comes today" not acceptable. I would strongly suggest looking somewhere else for your furniture.”

Hello, Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry that delivery did not meet your expectations.We have checked tracking on the side table which is showing as delivered on the 26th. We can also see that my colleague asked for confirmation and we have not had this from you just yet. Unfortunately we cannot always see the tracking if the carrier systems are not working. “Disappointed thought it was British made but made in Vietnam, would never had bought it if known. Top layer of wood not solid, thin in the middle layered with cheap wood”

“Bought two Farrow grey bedside cabinets. Arrived quickly and we'll packed. Look very good and sturdy. Some drawers were not quite flush with the front when closed, but nothing a couple of sticky pads inside couldn't fix! Very happy in view of reasonably price.”

“I received an item of furniture that was damaged. I contacted Roseland and, after supplying a photo of the damage, Roseland organised a collection and replacement within 7 days. I am very impressed with the service and now extremely happy with the sideboard. Great customer service. As an added comment ,I would say that Roseland were also the most competitively priced for the item of furniture I ordered. Would definitely recommend.”

“Furniture very good but delivery service poor. Contacted Roseland to discuss but no real effort to help so I kitted out 2 bedrooms from a competitor. Shame really the 3 items bought are really good.”

Hello Rob Young We apologise if the delivery was not as expected. We do forward all notes to the carriers for our customers. The table was delivered via the suppliers courier and unfortunately we do not have the control over them. We apologise if you then felt the need to go elsewhere. Kind regards Roseland

“My items arrived damaged and looked very poor quality. After what felt like a seemless returns policy with arranging with their courier to collect he damaged items for a refund, the courier didn’t turn up on the day arranged and I am still waiting for collection! I’m chasing this everyday and seem to get same response, that the item is due for collection by the courier. I’ve emailed everyday, if not twice a day and my stress levels are very high! Ive asked for a manager to address my complaint and I still haven’t had a satisfactory response to even suggest that it has been escalated to a manager! I definitely wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone!”

“Very pleased with how well my sideboard was packaged and arrived without any damage. Sideboard looks lovely. The only fault was that one of the holes of the drawer knob had to be made bigger as the screw would not go through fully.”
