“Delighted by my bookcase. Would have liked warning of its arrival. Rang with 10 minutes warning. But arrived within 2. Fortunately had son staying so was able to move necessary furniture in time. The piece itself is exactly as I hoped that it would be.”

“Impressed with ordering and delivery of chair however the driver could not get it through the door so left it outside for my husband who is not a well man to open the box outside. Luckily a neighbour came across and helped open the box and carry it inside. Once we had located the legs, which are difficult to install, all is well.”

“Good quality bed frame, easy to assemble and a great price. Only minor issue was delivery time but it got sorted out with the delivery contractor. Would definitely buy from Roseland again.”

“We ordered a large sideboard, coffee table and nest of tables, all of which arrived within 2 days of ordering in excellent condition. Very pleased with them, exactly what we have been looking for. Well made and sturdy. Would have no hesitation in using Roseland again. Delivery man was also very obliging!”

Hello Rachel Potter, We apologise that the delivery has not met expectations as yet. The delivery for this item is with our 2 man service and this can take up to 10 working days from dispatch. The courier does contact the customer direct to arrange the delivery. We are experiencing a slight delay on some deliveries at present due to volume of freight . “Delivery was very prompt and how good to receive furniture fully assembled. Strong good looking and well made straight from the box and ready to use. The whole ordering sequence from order to delivery was completely seamless. Rosemary a complete pleasure to deal with.”
