Hello Pauline Nuttall, This item is due to be delivered with our 2 man service and this takes up to 10 working days from despatch to deliver. they have sent you details of when they would like to deliver via email . Please respond to the courier as they are expecting to deliver on the 2nd August. Kind regards Roseland

“I could give better rate if XDP courier didn't let me down. After waiting 2 months for the delivery,because some items were on pre order, but them when they dispatched the items never arrived. So order cancelled and asked for refund. Very disappointed.”

“We purchased a Abbey Light Oak blanket box but unfortunately there was a problem with it but Roseland dealt with the problem immediately. They were very efficient and offered a full refund. This was all completed within ten days. I would definitely use Roseland again and would recommend them to family and friends.”

“Poor overall experience. Chasing for updates and took 4 months to arrive damaged. Terrible quality furniture. Can’t argue with how well they handled my return and refund. Unfortunately I won’t be risking a return visit.”

“2 items have damaged back panels, price reasonable quality poor, unfortunately no time to send it back with being in the middle of a house move. courier used delivered absolutely rubbish one person on a small truck, when box clearly says 2 person required and no way to contact them to change delivery”

“Bought an oak ottoman which was not top of the range, but well priced. The quality of manufacturing is excellent and it was extremely well packed, As a consequence there no damage. We are very satisfied with our purchase.”
