“I wasn’t told when my delivery was but luckily I was at home.furniture was well packaged”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry that you were not notified of delivery. The couriers scanner usually sends you an estimated 2 hour delivery window when scanned onto the delivery vehicle. I can see that this was not sent to you which indicates that the driver had a problem with the handheld scanner on the day. I am glad to hear that you are happy with your new furniture. “Very pleased with my furniture it looks great. Order was processed very quickly and delivery fast. My only negative comment would be that the delivery company used were not the best. My husband had to unload it himself. The driver wouldn’t assist.”

“I ordered a rattan bench on 16 Sep 2021. There was a 3 - 5 day delivery date but I had not received my order by 27th Sep so I telephoned and was told that someone would contact me by 30 Sep because the employee was away till Wednesday 29 Sep. So far (and it is now 4 October) I have heard nothing. I will not be buying from this firm again. I'M STILL WAITING FOR MY BENCH SO MOST OF THE REST OF THIS SURVEY IS IRRELEVANT.”

Thank you for your review. I am really sorry to hear about the delay. The listing states 5-10 working days so I am sorry for the confusion with that. I can see that you spoke with a member of the customer service team yesterday who are chasing the suppliers up for you. Unfortunately, it may take 24 hours for them to come back do us. “Our cupboard was very high quality and was put together easily although it took a little while as the pieces were heavy and it took two people. There were no issues at all with the placing of the screws to the ready drilled holes. It looks lovely.”

“Am so happy with this chest of draws. The delivery was fast and efficient, extremely well protected, and all the wrappings were taken away by the delivery men. Though the chest of draws are not large, I have been pleasantly surprised with the amount of clothing I have been able to stow away. And the bonus is, it looks great.”
