“The product itself was just what I wanted. Well made and good value for money. The dispatch time was much sooner than expected. However I can only give it 3 stars due to their delivery service. After waiting in all day for the item it never showed up. Was then informed in the evening that it had been delivered. Had no information as to where to. After 4 days in turned up back at the delivery depot. So how could it have been delivered?? It was then delivered 3 days later. Could not fault Roseland Furniture.”

Hello Barbara. I am sorry to hear about the mix up with delivery. I can see that we have been in contact with the courier who informed us that the driver marked it as delivered with the scanner accidently on the 21st. “Easy ordering. Good communication. Delivered quickly. Pleased with both the blanket box and bedside drawers. Quality as expected. There was damage to the bedside drawers when they arrived but a replacement was delivered next day and the damaged item collected. Very pleased.”
