“A lovely, excellent quality, TV corner stand. Not Roseland fault I don't suppose about the delivery....disgusted...left outside half way down path in pouring rain. A lady of my age then had to try to get it into my house. Neighbour said I should have said I didn't receive it!!! No signature?”

“Nice piece of furniture. Nice that it is pre-made. The back is slightly on the flimsy side and missing two screws to fix to the wall. However delivery was really quick. The only downside is the company you use, you can’t track it (app doesn’t work) you can’t specify when you want the delivery and they should have left it safe, I would not say outside the front door in full view is a safe place. So your delivery courier lets down what would have been a very good service. Your customer service guy was very friendly and polite”

“Very pleased with the delivery of my furniture and it looks great in situ. Strangely the TV unit came slightly later on the same day but very pleasant couriers who were helpful, polite and accommodating. The telephone operator I spoke to re delivery after placing the order was also very knowledgeable and helpful.”

“I really liked the bedroom furniture I ordered and received but sadly the chest of drawers was a different shade of white to the wardrobe and bedside table. I had to return the whole lot because I was unable to work with the customer services team to exchange it to my satisfaction. It's a shame as I am still without furniture for my spare bedroom and Roseland have lost money and future custom.”

Thank you for your review. I am sorry to hear that you were not happy with the colour. I can see that we have collected the goods and issued you with a refund. I can see that we offered to exchange but unfortunately, due to the funds being withheld on paypal by yourself, we had to collect everything for a full refund instead. “I'm very impressed with Roseland Furniture. Firstly, I made a mistake in measuring the space I had available for the unit I ordered, and phoned Roseland in a panic. Becky in customer services was fantastic and resolved my problem in about a minute. She was a star. When the furniture arrived it was beautiful quality and looks really good in the room. I would definitely buy from Roseland again”
