“Fast delivery service & return process.”

“I recently purchased a TV unit. It's lovely. However I did make contact via the website to say that I was notified at 9am on the same day that the unit was to be delivered giving me no notice to make preparations and it was waiting for me outside my front door when I returned home from work. Luckily it wasn't raining nor stolen. Although its heavy and couldn't be easily carried away. I also advised that there was a little bit of damage to to top left corner. To date I've not had any acknowledgement of my contact. Customer services could be better, but overall a lovely piece and delivered within the specified time.”

“Bought a small sideboard and am extremely pleased with it. It’s very well made and fits perfectly in my room. Came fully assembled which was an asset. Only downside was that it took over half an hour to remove the very substantial protective packaging!”

“I ordered an ivory bookcase. The delivery was quick, although I found communicating a safe place with the delivery company impossible - their website was very complicated, and I needed to set up an account etc. In the end, I gave up, and they left it outside my house. Thankfully, my neighbour took it in. The bookcase turned out to be grey, not ivory. I sent it back - a quick and efficient process, although I was charged £20. Five days on from it having been picked up, I am still awaiting notification of them having received it, and information about when my refund will be made. I've not been massively impressed, I have to admit.”

Thank you for your review. If you would like to leave instructions for a safe place in the future then please just add a note when placing the order on the website. Unfortunately, once the goods have already been despatched, it can be tricky to then get these instructions to the delivery driver. I can see that your refund was processed yesterday 11.10.21 when the goods arrived back into our warehouse. I am sorry that you have not been impressed by this. Kind regards Roseland Furniture

“Very satisfied with the item I purchased. It’s exactly how it was described on the website and the quality is excellent. This is my second purchase from Roseland and I expect to purchase further items in the near future. Customer service is very efficient I never expected to receive my item within 2 days of ordering so I was really pleased when it arrived. I would definitely recommend the company based on my own experience.”
