“Would have been 5 star but one of the side panels to the sideboard had come off in transit and I was able to do an "OK" repair.”

“Quality of the Console table is good. Customer Service was ok as we had an email to say the table would arrive that day but it failed to turn up. Another email arrived the next day and this time the furniture arrived. Only quibble is that we thought it was ready assembled when in fact it was not.”

“Ordered 2 chest of drawers and 2 bedside tables. Very quick delivery. Both chest of drawers were damaged on arrival. After contacting customer service, this was quickly sorted and replacements were received. Would purchase from company again.”

“This furniture is very good and solid. I believed it to be made in the Uk, but it turns of it’s made in Vietnam. Some parts are made to look solid, but is thinner ply. This does not take away from the fact I believe it still to be quite good product.”

“Really nice tallboy. Good quality. However, one handle is faulty and cannot attach screw. We decided to attach just the one screw on that handle/drawer and hope for the best as that is less hassle than trying to send it back.”

“Ordered small oak sideboard. Please with item but it was delivered damaged on the back panel. Emailed to advise and was offered £30 refund or return. Opted for refund as on back panel and out of site.”

“I ordered 2xbedside cabinets and 1 chest of drawers. When delivered, the chest of drawers was not as ordered. Took up space for a week in my kitchen. 2nd attempt at getting it right... delivered exactly the same as the first one!!! I checked upon delivery though and the courier took it away along with the first one. First time ordering from Roseland so not very impressed. Third time lucky I hope! The bedside cabinets are nice enough in terms of look and quality. The people I spoke to were nice enough and apologetic but it would have been nice to have had a more ‘formal’ apology.”
