“The unit I ordered was just what I wanted. The delivery company Tuffnells need to be changed, they only contacted me one the cabinet had been delivered. Luckily for me my neighbour took it in. Before I ordered I asked if this would be arranged with me. Sadly this didn't happen. Unfortunately it has put me off ordering anything else or recommending with deliveries as they are.”

“Very poor service waited nearly 2 months for furniture, 4 items came on 3 separate deliveries .One item damaged accepted a small gesture of good will because replacing item would have taken an age. We were looking to purchase more furniture but after are dealings with your company we will not even consider it .”

“you get what you pay for. Having just taken delivery of oak items from another co, what you get from Roseland doesn't appear to be "oak" and made in Vietnam!! Not using again”

“Can not fault the furniture, value for money. Packaging was very secure and furniture well protected. My criticism would be with the delivery company, I had 3 separate deliveries, no tracking system on the first 2 and both arrived over an hour early, good job I didn’t go out. The third one arrived 7 mins after the initial text was sent out just after 8am which I didn’t see because I want even up thankfully. I could have already left home at that time if I was going to work. First email 15th January ‍2021 delivery slots between ‍07:57-‍08:57 sent 08.51 via email Second email re actual delivery 14th January 2021 by Your DPD Local driver Piotr Actually delivered at 08.25hours on 15 Jan”

“Very happy with my tv stand. Not so happy with delivery, I had no notifications it was on it's way (luckily I was home ) and it was left on my front lawn. Not ideal when your a female pensioner living alone.”

“Although the bedside cabinet looks O K on arrival the bottom draw was twisted and would not come out , consequently all the other draws would not open . With a bit of persuassion i managed to free them only to find that the little stop blocks had come off , managed to stick them back so all is well . But i am sure the customer should not have to do this . Colin Sparkes”

“Happy with the furniture. Looks great .Very good quality for the price. What let’s Roseland down is the courier service ( or lack of it.)Two separate orders, no contact of a delivery date. Both deliveries arrived on random days and left in the street outside my house. Hence two stars. Customer service very apologetic.”

“very dissapoined. my sideboard was left out back garden when i opened it was smashed in two places right at the top. allthough they did pick it up and send my money back. within a couple of days was the only good thing. to come out of this.Regards eileen.”
