“Very happy with my tv stand. Not so happy with delivery, I had no notifications it was on it's way (luckily I was home ) and it was left on my front lawn. Not ideal when your a female pensioner living alone.”

“Although the bedside cabinet looks O K on arrival the bottom draw was twisted and would not come out , consequently all the other draws would not open . With a bit of persuassion i managed to free them only to find that the little stop blocks had come off , managed to stick them back so all is well . But i am sure the customer should not have to do this . Colin Sparkes”

“Happy with the furniture. Looks great .Very good quality for the price. What let’s Roseland down is the courier service ( or lack of it.)Two separate orders, no contact of a delivery date. Both deliveries arrived on random days and left in the street outside my house. Hence two stars. Customer service very apologetic.”

“very dissapoined. my sideboard was left out back garden when i opened it was smashed in two places right at the top. allthough they did pick it up and send my money back. within a couple of days was the only good thing. to come out of this.Regards eileen.”

“Exceptional packaging to ensure no damage in transit. Excellent quality TV unit just as described. Just one disappointment - the drawers are the wrong size to store DVDs which is surely what one would expect to use them for. Not such a big deal really, so thank you, very satisfied with your service. Highly recommended.”

“Very easy to deal with online purchase. Good website photos with handy labelled dimensions. Had to wait a while for product to come back in stock before we could order but understandable under current circumstances. Excellent delivery time scale, faster than courier had scheduled, which caught us out a bit but can't complain.”

“On first glance the instructions don’t look too helpful but it was so simple to put together and we did it in 30 minutes. Have used bigger named oak furniture companies in the past which are solid throughout. My only gripe with this is the back of the wardrobe, the pins and screws are visible but you can’t see that when against the wall and the inside of the cupboard is fine. Will be buying more from this company.”
