“Love my beside tables! Brilliant quality and quick delivery, even with covid and brexit disruptions. Delighted my items were still being delivered to Northern Ireland as so many retailers do not currently deliver here. Will use this site again and recommend.”

“The chest of drawers was described as cream online but the colour was actually grey. It looked good quality and we would have kept it if the colour had been right. Unfortunate that the packaging was completely soaked so even the chest of drawers was damp. I have had to wait a week before it could be collected for return.”

“Got text saying a delivery would be following week. Rang to say nobody would be in you said you keep till I got back. It was delivered anyway. Good job my sister was passing and sorted it for me or it would have been left outside.”

“A pre-purchase query was answered immediately (and on a Sunday) and follow-up during the delivery phase was very good. Despatch of the item was exceptionally prompt. We appreciate that, under lockdown conditions, delivery firms are facing challenges but the courier used was not good at keeping us up to date re the delayed delivery. Roseland itself, though, was excellent in following up. We would have no hesitation buying further furniture from Roseland.”

“When ordering on the website, my items were in stock. Next day i received an email to say some was out of stock & would take a few weeks. After not being kept up to date & sending numerous emails only 3 items of my 5 items i ordered arrived! After numerous calls and emails to Roseland and the delivery company, no-one was sure why this happened (communication was horrendous & very stressful). The wardrobe I received was 2 different colours & the drawer part was damaged and had to be returned which took 2 weeks! Now the wardrobe was out of stock again! I received an email saying my items could be delivered (2 missing pieces and new wardrobe) tried arranging this (numerous emails to roseland & delivery company). Then received an email saying there had been a fire in the warehouse and my order had been wiped out. I requested a return of the 2 items I still had and received a FULL refund ( no compensation as i was now without any furniture as my old furniture had been given away). Would i recommend/buy here again? NO!”
