“The furniture is fairly good quality and I like the fact that it is already assembled. Except for the triple wardrobe, it is more flat pack that they advertise. There aren't as many pre drilled holes as there should be. Thankfully we managed to put it together okay. My only complaint is that the customer service is appalling. Once I ordered my furniture I heard nothing from them. I had to get in touch with them. When they candidly said "oh we had a warehouse fire, we were going to tell you". The second time I phoned I was told that it was up to me to get updates on my furniture & not up to them to keep me updated. It took two months before I received my order.”

“I was amazed that the alert I set up to inform me when the item was next in stock actually worked! I was told my chair was in stock again, ordered it and received it securely wrapped within 10 days. Great service.”

“The quality and the price of the furniture was very good. However, the waiting time for furniture to arrive has been far too long (1 item is 7-8 months from order to delivery). If we had known of this time scale we would have ordered a different range that had all of the items in stock.”

“Good communication express delivery well made and very satisfied with our purchase. I ordered the first unit without realising it was a pre order awaiting new stock. They refunded me within a few days which impressed me. I still hadn’t found a similar product I liked that fit the dimensions i was looking for. They notified me when it was back in stock and so I purchased again. It had increased in price but such is life. Very happy customer.”

“Purchased two cabinets in September,sideboard in blue and tv cabinet to match , good quality no complaints at all in the furniture. Unfortunately it was the length of time to be delivered was quoted 12 weeks but took 20 imported goods and lockdown didn’t help . But was worth the wait . Delivery was really early just before 7 am .”
