“Yes, I ordered Ivory from your website but I received grey. I was told that the code on the packaging 5310 was that of Ivory . That was incorrect. I believe you have advertised the colour Ivory under false pretences and it’s not actually available so disappointed that I didn’t receive what I had ordered . The colour Dimpse 277 is the colour you go by for Ivory and it is very much grey. You also don’t advise your customers of “Farrow and Ball colour chart so that customers can see what they are purchasing. The furniture is however beautifully made but I was unhappy with not getting my choice of colour Regards Mrs Watkins”

“Purchased 2 Surrey small oak bookcaes. Excellent quality and price. They were delivered on the day we were told and carried to the door for us. Only critism is make sure that you realise that the distance between the shelves are not enough for a paperback to slip straight in. There is a baton on the lower edge on the shelves and you have to put the book in at an angle before it will stand straight. Hardbacks will not fit. The measurement is in the description but is easy to miss.”

“Hello, I have bought from you before and was very pleased with my items, and quick delivery, unfortunately i havn't received the cd tower that i have been waiting on. I phoned to ask where it was, and was told there had been a fire at the warehouse, and it would be delayed. I do feel you should have emailed me to keep me up to date, with an idea of when my tower would arrive. Regards William Weir.”
