“Furniture lovely, delivery shocking!!! Roseland Furniture please change your delivery service, it is letting you down immensely and I will think twice before ordering with yourselves if you use the same couriers (Tufnells & XPD). It took nearly four weeks for my (in stock) item to arrive. First driver did not even knock or leave a card even though we waited in day, I then arranged redelivery 2 days later only for them to return it to Roseland instead. Roseland released it to someone else so it then went out of stock. I requested a different courier firm and two weeks later delivery didn't even turn up, Another call to Roseland to chase delivery and it eventually turned up four days after that!!! Any saving I made on the furniture has probably been used up in countless telephone calls to Roseland and delivery companies. Extremely frustrating!! I would be pleased with my purchase but the shine has gone because of the complete shambles with delivery. I'm giving 2 stars because the furniture is as described but some staff were indifferent when I called, offering only a refund instead of a solution and only one lady was good enough to call me back with an update regarding delivery. If I were reviewing the courier services Id be looking for the minus section!!”

“Very impressed with the small sideboard I ordered, good quality, great value for money and the blue colour is lovely. I didn’t expect it to arrive so quickly but it was delivered just 4 days after I ordered it. I’m very happy to recommend Roseland and would definitely buy from them again.”

“I ordered two items of furniture. The first order I have no idea when it will arrive. I have tracking number but TNT say that number doesn't exist! The second item I was aware was out of stock when ordered do am hoping I will get an update on this in the next couple of weeks However, given my experience with the first item I am quite worried now.”

“Really pleased with our Purchase. Some items were on Pre Order but only waited 4 weeks for delivery. All Farrow Grey furniture came well packaged and no damage. Would definitely recommend and can’t wait to order more for our next room. Thanks”
