“I have now purchased a second bookcase. Bought a year apart they match exactly and are beautiful pieces of furniture. The packaging was superb, with no faults or marks anywhere. So happy!”

“I love my new trendy coffee tables they are just the ticket Lovely display a nice lamp on large table then have other table for visitors and there drinks /-) They were good price easy to assemble and Roseland delivered when they said they would”

“The journey from purchasing to delivery of my Chichester coffee table was fantastic! It began on 25/11 despatched 26/11 and, on my doorstep on 30/11! Tuffnells delivery man was extremely polite, helpful and kind. Piece arrived in perfect condition! Very happy customer!”

“Our furniture was allegedly shipped 2 weeks ago but still it hasn’t been delivered. Roseland won’t take any responsibility for the lack of delivery. We have paid for the wooden CD tower and appear to be the only losers.”

“Roseland Furniture were helpful when our delivery was delayed - good customer service both then, and when selecting our chosen item. The furniture - or, at least, the piece we had - is good quality, but you do get what you pay for. Our wardrobe arrived with wet packaging, and water staining on the back (see attached images). Fortunately, a bit of diy more or less sorted the problem out.”

“This small Sideboard may be small but it really is surprising just how much it will hold having a shelf in. It is well made and looks wonderful in my Dining room. When I renew my TV stand and Nest of Tables this is the Company I will purchase from. The product was very well packed and was made so no fiddling with doors. The back is real wood too as some furniture has cardboard as backing. My Friend commented on it and said her furniture was from yourselves. I recommend 100%.”

“This is the worst company I have dealt with. They never answer emails or phone and are impossible t get hold of. When they finally reply the information they give you is incorrect. waited 6 weeks for 6 day delivery and then it never arrived. The offered a Full refund but will not acknowledge my acceptance.”

“Furniture lovely, delivery shocking!!! Roseland Furniture please change your delivery service, it is letting you down immensely and I will think twice before ordering with yourselves if you use the same couriers (Tufnells & XPD). It took nearly four weeks for my (in stock) item to arrive. First driver did not even knock or leave a card even though we waited in day, I then arranged redelivery 2 days later only for them to return it to Roseland instead. Roseland released it to someone else so it then went out of stock. I requested a different courier firm and two weeks later delivery didn't even turn up, Another call to Roseland to chase delivery and it eventually turned up four days after that!!! Any saving I made on the furniture has probably been used up in countless telephone calls to Roseland and delivery companies. Extremely frustrating!! I would be pleased with my purchase but the shine has gone because of the complete shambles with delivery. I'm giving 2 stars because the furniture is as described but some staff were indifferent when I called, offering only a refund instead of a solution and only one lady was good enough to call me back with an update regarding delivery. If I were reviewing the courier services Id be looking for the minus section!!”
