“Lovely bookcase, fits perfectly in the room and looks good with the other furniture I’ve got. The only downside is that although paperback books can stand vertically all my hardback books have to lie flat, apart from that it’s 10 out of 10 for the quality and excellent delivery service”

“I received two damaged dressing tables in succession - each with quality inspection stickers on them. I also got told the other item (chest of drawers) would be delayed due to a warehouse fire, so ended up with nothing for the time being. It's a shame as the customer service was prompt and polite. It worries me that a partial refund option is offered as routine for damaged goods - it must be quite common and part of the business model.”
