“So i purchased a lovely wine rack for my son's christmas present. Upon receipt i noticed a large chip on the front of the draw (within the laminate) and messaged Roseland through the message portal. That was 2-weeks ago and nobody has yet has even returned my message! Consequently I'm not very happy. Hopefully someone within Roseland reads this message and gets back to me asap Mr Wood (Order No ROSELAND 158701)”

“Fantastic quality furniture. Looks beautiful and true to pictures. We bought the Lundy 180cm extra long tv stand for our 75inch tv. Couldn’t be happier. Now ordered 2 lamp tables to match.”

“Not as solid as we expected, movement of drawers is not smooth, but overall finish is acceptable. Colour is a bit dull, not as it shown on the website. Would give it a 3.5 stars!”

“Wrong item delivered not seen the correct item yet looking at a box in my living room. Emailed customer services who seem to send out one email a day max. Firstly they didn't believe the wrong item had been delivered even though I stated it had, and sent a photo of the box clearly displaying the product. On the fifth day they asked for more photos and then realised the error. Now I have to wait a further 6 to 8 working days for pick up and delivery. I still can't review the item hopefully it's better than service delivery and service recovery at Roseland.”

“Customer service was quick and friendly, however I returned the product as it is more off white/cream than white and therefore does not match with my wardrobes which are spear white. Other than that, good bedside cabinets, on the small side so check the dimensions.”
