“The service from Roseland has been exceptional - the item arrived within four days of being ordered at the weekend. The drawers themselves are wonderful. They look good and work well. It was a bonus that they were already assembled so just needed to be unwrapped and handles put in place. Despite them being smaller than I anticipated the drawers forced to me declutter stuff which had accumulated and so there is plenty of room. My mind can't compute metric sizes so not the fault of the company. Overall, this was totally a five star experience for a five star piece of furniture. Many thanks.”

“Good looking Cabinet, suitable for up to 55" TV's. Delivery was prompt with good packaging. Well constructed with storage for DVD's, as well as a disc player and streaming devices.”

“Very easy website to use. Item was portrayed correctly and delivered quickly. Although it was packaged extremely well and arrived Undamaged, the courier refused to help me bring the large bookcase into my home. Fortunately, the outside of my bungalow is under cover, as it was pouring down, but I had to wait for my son- in- law to call, that evening and lift it indoors for me. Not a good service at all!”

“I ordered two products. On both, communication wasn’t great. I ended up cancelling the first order and a replacement was sourced from a competitor and received within three days. The second was delayed through distributor issues but not well communicated to me as the customer. The second product(an accent chair) arrived out of the blue this morning with no communication from the delivery company. The chair is great So all’s well that ends well but I feel that the supply chain could operate better. That said the telephone help staff were very helpful.”

“The look of the chest of drawers initially is good . Until you see there are no runners for the drawers . Also gaps around the drawers to the body of the chest are so unequal. The purchase price was not cheap , so would of expected better quality. Only reason for keeping it is the size is right for space . It will definitely have to have some adjustment !! Delivery time and delivery guys were great .”

“very pleased with our tv unit and would purchase from you again the packaging was excellent the only negative point was the delivery company was rather slow and there seemed to be a mix up at there distribution depot”
