“I ordered two products. On both, communication wasn’t great. I ended up cancelling the first order and a replacement was sourced from a competitor and received within three days. The second was delayed through distributor issues but not well communicated to me as the customer. The second product(an accent chair) arrived out of the blue this morning with no communication from the delivery company. The chair is great So all’s well that ends well but I feel that the supply chain could operate better. That said the telephone help staff were very helpful.”

“The look of the chest of drawers initially is good . Until you see there are no runners for the drawers . Also gaps around the drawers to the body of the chest are so unequal. The purchase price was not cheap , so would of expected better quality. Only reason for keeping it is the size is right for space . It will definitely have to have some adjustment !! Delivery time and delivery guys were great .”

“very pleased with our tv unit and would purchase from you again the packaging was excellent the only negative point was the delivery company was rather slow and there seemed to be a mix up at there distribution depot”

“I bought the television stand, excellent quality, and customer service. I have now gone onto purchase a table from Roseland. Everything is already made up, so no flat pack's with misleading instructions. Will definitely change all my dark wood furniture to Roseland, when I'm able to.”

“The unit was ideal for what i needed. The only fault was it was not balanced as it rocked and it woulw nit be safe to out a TV on. I hade to use a felt strip on one leg to balance this.”

“Cupboard fine but appalling delivery and customer service. Heavy cupboard left in communal doorway not even left at my flat door 25m away. Driver said your parcel is downstairs so obviously bolting before he has to carry it upstairs. Lucky I don’t live on a higher floor as would never managed to get the heavy object upstairs. I complained to customer services as appalled. During Covid restrictions not allowed. Thank heavens John Lewis didn’t do the same with a fridge freezer. Very annoyed that I was left to struggle in my own. Will go to Cotswolds &co for the other cupboard I want to buy. This company not recommended”
