“Very happy with the quality of the items as they give good value for the money, however, applying the same finish to the inside edges of the cabinet legs would be in my opinion a bonus to a nicely finished unit, it would have also earned your company 5 stars! Many thanks, john”

“I recently purchased some bedroom furniture from Roseland furniture. I found the ordering process confusing when trying to book a saturday delivery so ended up with the delivery coming on a not so convenient day. However i did receive an apology and the furniture arrived very well packaged and in excellent condition.”

“Lovely bookcase. Unfortunately I thought I had orderedvand paid for tall bookcase. It was a shorter one than expected andvwould not have paod the price had I known. Also some problems with delivery due to wrong item being brought to my home. However the quality of this product is fantastic”

“Website was good, easy to use and did a good job of presenting the furniture. Ordering was easy and my chest of draws was despatched very promptly. Only problem was the courier, which was very poor (see furniture review)”

“The product is excellent. Well designed and constructed. The doors fit and the shelves are easy to put in place. My only grouse was that the first lower half of the dresser arrived water damaged( could have been the fault of the courier) and with the delay in supplying a replacement it was a few weeks from ordering before I could put all the crockery etc away.”

“Easy company to deal with and the item we bought arrived when promised. Unfortunately the item was damaged but getting a replacement was easy. For the price the item was well made and sturdy but do not expect to get solid oak as engineered timber is used for larger parts ie legs. The only real issue has been returning the damaged item but I suspect this is more to do with the couriers than Roseland.”

“Ordered this unit and delivery expected was quite fast. Unfortunately Yodel didn't deliver at the time stated so was a bit annoyed I waited till 10.45 pm to be told it was too late. I did receive it the next day but about an hour later than was promised. The delivery person was very nice and helpful. I do like the unit and found it to be very good value for money. Would probably use Roseland again.”

“Was very pleased with the delivery and very pleased with the piece of furniture. The only disappointment was having to attach the back panel myself as it wasn't stapled in and fell off as i took it out of the box.”

“Good quality item at a good price. Delivery is a little haphazard. Very little communication apart from dispatch/timing texts and emails. It would be better if we could track where the parcel is, like Amazon allow for instance.”

“The product is good value for the money, arrived in good condition and was packed well. We are pleased with the TV stand. The shipping however let Roseland down: the tracking number led to a French website La Poste which was totally irrelevant, and there were no communications from the carrier.”

“Very pleased with prompt delivery of quality piece of furniture at very competitive price. Only fault was that carrier didn’t contact me with tracking information or delivery time. By chance, I was in when item arrived, a day earlier than expected.”
