Item ordered and paid for. Email arrived to say during the Xmas period orders were behind schedule, understandable and not a problem. No email or text to say item on it’s Way, a delivery driver just appeared, luckily we were in so not a problem.

Nice piece of furniture. Good value for money. Easy to assemble. Some damage to one leg but fortunately not visible where furniture placed.

Furniture itself is flawless, really pleased with it. The delivery process however was horrendous, confusion and never informed by delivery company as to when we would expect it. After calling the store and arranging a specific day for it to arrive, came home to find it had been delivered and left outside. So in my experience, great furniture but poor communication from store and terrible service from delivery firm tuffnells. I hope this gets taken up with them, luckily my furniture was fine thanks to packaging and too heavy to have been moved discreetly.

Some good priced pieces of furniture from this family business. I ordered over the busy Christmas period and can accept some variance in delivery times in actuality rather than proposed on the website while ordering. The frustrating thing however was the passoff over to the courier company for tracking of the order and a delivery date. I was emailed by Roseland to say my order was dispatched and info would be provided by the courier. This was the day before the indicated delivery date from their website, so I thought things were on track for that date. I could see on the courier tracking info that the item order had been created at that time. At 1pm the following day the courier tracking said they had collected the item. Unfortunately at no point did I know what day I was to receive my delivery and wasted a whole day waiting on the day as indicated by the sellers website when I ordered. The item arrived the following day within a 2 hour time slot given. This was good and the delivery driver was brilliant. The not knowing what day was the biggest let down. The piece of furniture is amazing for the price and I am extremely happy with it. I would order again but will be more pro active in getting a delivery date from Roseland at the time of ordering.

Delivery was quick. The only thing is that we had delivery of 2 items and delivery was over 2 days and the 2nd delivery was damaged. The company reacted quickly and has arranged a replacement, but we have to wait for the 2nd item for nearly 2 weeks.

Item arrived very badly damaged. Although Customer Service were efficient in arranging a replacement (this coming Friday) I am worried the same problem will happen as the packaging was poor. However, I will post again once the replacement arrives.

My packaging was damaged and upon inspection I found what I thought to be water marks on the side panels and on the underneath of the drawers, and while they may not be seen they looked definitely as though they were water marks, especially when 2 of my friends had purchased the same product and hadn't got similar markings on the wood. As I had intended to purchase a matching lamp table I was disappointed that no offer of a discount was made, only that I could return the product with a small charge! So very disappointed with Roseland's attitude to a complaint, especially when I intended to purchase the lamp table, makes me doubtful about sending for it now.

Great furniture but a few issues. Firstly ordered a TV cabinet with a requested delivery date on a Wednesday which was not fulfilled (I had to book this day off work just for this), Roseland phoned and apologised and changed it to a Saturday delivery (which I had to pay for). It then randomly turned up on the Thursday and the courier had just left it outside our front door. We were not currently living at the property at the time and only happened to pop in late one evening and noticed it there. Another cabinet then turned up on the Saturday, which again was left outside this time in the rain all day. I had to bring the dripping wet box into my house and leave it there until the courier could collect it a few days later. Roseland did refund the extra delivery charge for the Saturday. We then ordered three more items of matching furniture, which again we paid extra, £50, for it to be delivered on a Saturday. Two items turned up (at 7am..) and one was missing. Again contacted Roseland and they apologised and tracked the missing item, which then arrived a few days later, due to New Years etc. One item had slight paint damage on the drawer edge and another a dent on the leg, although they were not worth trying to get an exchange for, you don't expect damage on items that weren't exactly cheap. Overall good quality furniture, but courier and communications let them down.

The furniture was very good, but we did not get an email to say it was coming. We were lucky to catch the delivery van on our way home.

Wasnt given any notification of delivery day but luckily someone was in to accept the delivery. Very pleased with item and protected very well by packing

Ordered a small table which was described as being fully assembled, but it wasn't. I alerted Roseland to this and they immediately changed the description on their website. A really nice quality piece of furniture.

Looks good and efficiently delivered but one shelf to take slightly taller books would have been helpful. Anything larger than a standard paperback must be stored on its side
