“Roseland Furniture processed my order very quickly, and my purchase arrived very quickly. One issue was that I was not given a delivery date. There were no updates on my order online, nor did I receive a text or email saying when the delivery was. The first I heard of my delivery date was when I had a phonecall from the courier when he was outside my house! This was inconvienient as I was in work. Luckily there was somewhere where he could leave his package.”

“Fantastic company, organised delivery and good quality furniture for the price. We’ve ordered from them twice now and highly likely to order again in the future. The reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because the draw on th tv unit we just order is impossible to push back in. So the draw is more of a decorative feature than function which is frustrating. Other than that fantastic company!”

“Pricing is good, information on the status of the delivery good but had to deduct a point for the state of my delivery when it arrived...very battered! Keep an eye on this, Roseland...it could cost you dearly!”

“Although not the best quality, the sideboard purchased was good value for money at £199. It fulfilled our requirements to fill a shallow gap next to a fireplace while other sideboards that we looked at had been too deep. Delivery was prompt and the delivery company used were helpful, take no the sideboard to the room that it was to be placed in.”

“I feel awful only putting good because my sideboard is lovely & great quality for the money.. The reason i haven't given it full marks is because the delivery let Roseland completely down.. I got an email on the morning of delivering, but nobody could give me a time slot- not even morning or afternoon.. & it came at 4.30pm.. Complete waste of my day!!!!!”

“Had ordered from rose land on a number of occasions but this last item was very badly damaged when it arrived the problem was sorted within a couple of days and I am now pleased would definitely use again”
