“The rocking chair I ordered got left with my neighbour without leaving me a note or sending me and email/text, it’s was only when she tx me saying she’d taken the delivery I was aware it had been delivered. The box was damaged which was probably due to the driving rushing around like a mad man which is what my neighbour said, and with that, the chair had a scuff on the framework, my wife wasn’t too bothered as u can’t see it once the chair is assembled!”

“The furniture is lovely, very happy with my purchases. Only downside was diabolical delivery company who literally dumped several HEAVY two man lift items on my doorstep and left, leaving me struggling to drag them in alone. He took no care of the products despite them being marked as fragile .”

“I ordered a tv corner unit which is very nice. Ordering was easy but the delivery by xpd was poor. I received an email stating when I could expect delivery but nothing appeared. By the time it came it was nearly 24hrs late. No apologies from the delivery company but the lady I spoke to at Roseland was very helpful, good service from Roseland”

“I was very pleased with my oak TV Stand, it arrived very well packed and is a nice piece of furniture for the price. I was not impressed with the delivery however, as you can track your order but there is no way to get in contact with the company to arrange a delivery slot, it was pure chance that I was in when they called. This would put me off slightly ordering again, fix this and then would be 5 stars!”

“Furniture is really good quality however there was a massive miscommunication issue with delivery- when ordered I was told that both items I order would arrive at same time. I was only told this was not the case after I rung customer service after not receiving one item. I was disappointed to then have to wait 8 days for other item.”

“This is a decent looking piece of furniture and represents good value for money. It arrived before the anticipated delivery date (a slight problem in that it was meant as a Christmas present, but ended up with the recipient herself receiving it from the delivery drivers way before Christmas. That scuppered the surprise somewhat! ). The item was very well packaged and arrived in good condition.”
