“The bookcase was fine and satisfied my requirements. However, some damage was done in transit. The back of the bookcase was coming away and had caused a slight split in the casing which I was able to fix easily. I suggest more substantial staples/nails are used in future to ensure the piece is received in acceptable condition.”

“I bought the Surrey Oak side table and I am very pleased with it. It is very good value for money. So much so that I have ordered the lamp table to match. If I have one gripe it is that the back of the table is ply wood. However because it is going against the wall it doesn’t matter.”

“Loved the tv unit, the delivery and the assembly was really easy to do. There was a slight mark on the front of the unit but looked like a splinter type mark on the front but not anything too noticable. Great unit overall.”

“Do not know quality of goods. MXL delivered the wrong package. We had upgraded to a 2 man delivery, so had to wait the extra 7 days. They were in a hurry and we checked the package wasn’t damaged and signed. It was only when we opened the top and saw it was light oak that we realised it was wrong. On examining the other side we found a small address label for Nicola Nesbitt, 51, Bedo Crescent, Washington. NE38 7HZ . We even tipped the driver, so we are out of pocket £35 and no television stand. WE ARE NOT AMUSED. We have contacted MXL but have had no response. We await your comments.”

“Roseland furniture are brilliant!! Delivery companies however leave a lot to be desired. Roseland had to send out 3 of the same piece of furniture after it was damaged by delivery company. Each time I got in contact with roseland my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently by a lovely person on the end of the phone/email. They replied to emails promptly and sorted everything out and arranged a collection of the damaged item and a drop off of a replacement. 3rd time lucky I finally have a beautiful sideboard and bookshelf which look lovely in the living room. Fantastic value and quality!! Highly recommend”

“The unit that we purchased was out of stock at the time but was delivered in an acceptable time for us. The delivery driver brought it to the door and was most helpful. When unpacked we discovered one of the door hinges was not attached but it was a simple task to re set this. In all we are pleased with the unit and would buy from Roseland again.”

“Order received quickly, communication was very good regarding progress of the delivery. Unfortunately the table was damaged when received. Advised Roseland who apologised and dispatched a new one with an advised date for delivery. The courier didn’t deliver on this date despite being only a couple of miles away according to their tracker on the link provided and supposedly on the way to us. It did however arrive the next day but had to be left as we were at work. This also had some minor damage but rather than going through the pain of waiting for another delivery I repaired it myself. The packaging is not sufficient for the method of delivery, couriers are not the most gentle of folk when handling heavy parcels!”
