“Table looks the part, simple to assemble. I’m very pleased with the product. Ben from Roseland was very helpful when their carrier ‘Lost’ the first item dispatched, which was frustrating, but was resolved quickly and efficiently.”

“We are very pleased with both of our purchases. Roseland have been very professional in dealing with any issues we have had. The goods were dispatched speedily and when they arrived we could use them straight from the box, no assembly required. The only negative point we would make does not relate to Roseland or their products but to the courier/delivery company used to deliver the goods. This company has a faulty website, supplies mis-information, lacks communication, has a failure to deliver when stated and causes damage to products. We have experienced each of these. Given the amount of negative reviews this courier company has attracted we are surprised Roseland continue to use them.”

“HAD A SMALL PROBLEM WITH THE SIDEBOARD HANDELS SPOKE TO JAYNE ON CUSTOMER SERVICES SORTED IT OUT STRAIGHT AWAY FIRST CLASS WILL DEFINITELY SHOP AGAIN THANKS JAYNE.”

“Good value furniture and all fits well including the handles. However, I knew that it’s not fully solid wood hence the 4 stars, but we’ll made nevertheless, but you would pay an extra £150 for this. Delivery was very good and very quick and accurate.”

“I would have scored 5/5 , but the delivery process did cause a lot of stress. The website used to track your delivery sends you to a French website. Consequently I had no idea when my furniture was likely to be delivered. In the end I was at work when it arrived and my neighbours were kind enough to store it for me. I did contact Roseland to try and stop the delivery, and was assured this would happen, but no it didn't. They also admit there is an issue with delivery. It's good furniture, but they need to sort delivery out.”

“Easy to order online. Had to chase the delivery with Roseland (oakworld.co.uk) and later with delivery company. Told by delivery company that Roseland had (incorrectly) asked them not to deliver for a week. Odd.”

“For what we paid I thought our TV unit was very good value. We received a prompt and efficient delivery and the unit was well packed by protective wrapping. It looks very good in our lounge and I would buy more from this company if I needed anything further.”

“The TV table was exactly the size we required . It arrived quickly and well packaged very impressed with the quality. The reason I only gave it 4 stars(would have given it four and a half if I could) was that although it looks as though there are two drawers, it’s one large one , and when you shut it you have to align it as it goes further into unit. Probably said it in description but small units are hard to come by so just went for it. Overall very pleased.”

“Very nice piece of furniture. Looks well made. Delivered on time, well packed. Delivery firm not very helpful. I live in a block of apartments and driver wouldn’t even bring it into building just left it at the door.”
