“Website good. Delivery fast and efficient.Pleased with the size and appearance of the sideboard. Price was good. Looked good in the hall. Slightly disappointed with finish as the back panel had to be tapped on and right hand drawer was sticking so had to be sandpapered to allow it to close easily. Small things but a little careless as it mustn t have had a final check .”

“Nice little bedside cabinet, my only problem is that the furniture is coated in a waxy substance which is a pain to remove. Baby wipes worked fine as warm soapy water didn’t. Then there is the smell of the wood and various types of stain, glue etc used in the manufacture all combined to give it a distinctive smell. It’s not really unpleasant but a lot of drawer smellies are required.”

“I have recently furnished 8 bedrooms in a high end HMO. The furniture is good, easy and to assemble. One thing to mention is the delivery process. Usually a two man tracked delivery with a 2 hour time slot. Excellent. But on one order I expressed it. Payed £25 extra. Was told it’s an upgrade. Pallet delivery outside your property not tracked. Hardly an upgrade. Overall very good.”

“Staff - fantastic! So helpful. I bought a medium CD rack in solid oak. Would have said "very good" except the loose shelves could do with being wider; there are gaps either side so that they move. They are not firm. The shelves look a snug fit on the photo. Other than that, fine. I would certainly buy from Roseland again.”

“The service was good, with prompt delivery and well packaged goods, and we are very pleased with the quality of the products. We were disappointed with the difference in appearance between the two products. The images show the two products to be matching, both being a light oak. In reality the table is as shown, but the TV stand is darker (slightly red) and with a less pronounced grain. We have come to accept the difference, but we would have preferred the TV stand to look like the table, and as it is shown in your pictures.”

“Product arrived well wrapped and in good condition within a few days. I was kept informed of progress around despatch and delivery date which was very helpful. The only downside - the sideboard was delivered to my back door and just left there. The delivery man informed me that delivery was to the door only and that I would need to have paid an additional delivery fee if I wanted it taken into the house. When I’m paying in excess of £300 for a product I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect the item to be delivered into the home. I had to get my elderly parents to come round and wrestle it into my dining room (I’ve recently had major surgery and can’t lift anything). I did recheck the small print re delivery options on your website afte delivery and to be fair, it does say that there is an extra charge for a 2 man-deliver. However, this needs to be made much clearer to customers that this is the case. It’s a shame because the product is lovely but the delivery side lets it down. I wasn’t even able to open the packaging and check the product before the delivery man left.”

“Bought 3 items from the Surrey range . Ok for money paid, didn't expect carpenter made items . Value for money , look very nice . Waxed finish, not like any wax I 've come across before. Has a bloom on it & unlike beeswax I can't seem to rub it in to stop it feeling rather sticky. One of the handles wasn't level , very annoying , part of carcass on sideboard had splinters as not been sanded off enough . I remedied both myself . Not the best quality but for what I paid they look very acceptable. Good website, extremely good delivery service.”
