“Easy to order and organise, delivery was made on sat, did ask for after 10am or call me on Mobil to make sure in, no call lucky partners son was there or would have missed delivery. Then on opening cabinet was damaged. email with pictures on sat was dealt with and replacement sorted, delivery made and new cabinet great. Must have just been unlucky. Would recommend products and the company”

“Very well protected in transit and just what the descripton promised. very sturdy and good looking too. One shelf ( out of 2 bookcases ) is not perfect, but nobody will notice once the books are in place. I would come to Roseland again, even though I was surprised at the country of manufacture. Don't remember that in the initial information ! L B”

“Happy with furniture. Looks good and is value for money. Quite easy to assemble. Not at all impressed with delivery company. Failed to let me know ETA despite various emails and phone calls. Delivery men complaining from minute they arrived and also refused to take some packages upstairs so had to do it ourselves. Not sure I would order again.”

“after item had arrived, upon opening discovered the TV Stand had a broken rear leg. Informed Roseland, who replaced the unit and retrieved the damaged item quickly. Have had Surrey Oak items from them in the recent past and felt they were attractive and certainly, value for money”

“the book case is very nice perfect for the job. However the delivery via Yodel was appalling, they said it would be there by 19.15 first day then never turned up second day said they tried to deliver it but no card through the door 3rd day it just never turned up 4th day it arrived. It will make me think twice about buying things if they are the couriers”

“Roseland were good at answering my questions before ordering on-line, replied promptly when I enquired about delivery time, and were excellent when I informed them of the damage to the bookcase on arrival. I'd use Roseland again, but would choose a better quality range than the Newlyn in future.”

“Very happy with furniture, not happy with delivery though. They didn't let us know when the furniture would arrive and ended up delivering a large bookcase to our neighbour. And taking 2 items back with them. They then said that they would deliver on the Thursday but tried to deliver on the Wednesday. Would be a lot better service if you could pick a named day. Again I'm very happy with the quality of the furniture.”

“Everything apart from delivery was fine. On day of delivery we received a text saying it would be delivered between 10.16 and 12.16. We rang at around 3 p.m. as it had still not turned up. Nobody available. Left a message. Rang again later. Couldn't tell us anything as they only had the same tracking message as us. Eventually turned up about 3.45 p.m. Nothing worse than waiting in and looking out for delivery.”

“I was a bit disappointed that my oak furniture was both a day late and had quite a lot of Medullary rays on it. I have a lot of oak in my house and none of it has this. BUT my query was dealt with quickly and efficiently in both cases and we sorted things quickly to my satisfaction. This is a really cheap oak dressing table stool and stand so it's really only to be expected that the quality will not be as good as something twice the price. The customer care definitely saved the day.”
