“Ordered a lamp table and when it arrived it was damaged. Roseland offered to replace it or give me a small discount. I preferred to have it replaced and my replacement was delivered and original collected all on the same day, that I had specified.”

“Excellent for the price paid, therefore not a heavy piece of furniture like our solid oak cupboards bought elsewhere but matches well. Downside- the backing is a thin piece of white what looks like ply not stained , and a it can be seen from the front ( re shelving ) makes the product look a bit cheap. Made in Vietnam. Had to stain part of one of the legs as it was much lighter than the others.”

“We have never ordered furniture via the internet before and this was a really good experiencetwo bedside tables . Ordered Saturday delivery by Thursday great carrier who I could track on line . The bedside tables came fully assembled with just draw handles to fit really easy. Chests look great draws fit well my only gripe is I thought for some reason that the furniture was made in the U.K. buts it’s manufactured in Vietnam! Would order again from this site”

“Recently purchased 4 items of furniture from Roseland and paid for Saturday delivery Fantastic service re delivery time but 2 of the items were damaged when unpacked. However , the staff are great and when i complained they made immediate arrangements to have the goods collected and replaced without further charge. . new goods arrived on correct day and are perfect, Would recommend to friends and colleagues”

“Excellent service, the only reason it's not a "very good" is because the item was damaged, not on delivery but bad workmanship. However the service to rectify it was outstanding. Wouldn't hesitate to use them again.”
