“The three week wait was rather long. I see that Furn-On are selling the same furniture, under the name of Santorini rather than St Ives, and promising delivery in ten days. The furniture is good looking and pleasant to live with, and mostly well designed; but see the description of the wardrobe below.”

“Solid, good looking piece of furniture. It came well wrapped. Very pleased with it. Would have liked a message to let me know delivery date/time. Didn’t have details of delivery and as it was left on my porch I cannot comment on who delivered it.”

“Good quality products. Very rapid delivery. However Farrow Grey Large Bookcase strangely had an unfinished top to it (unlike the finished smaller versions). This is not visible to most people unless they happen to be my height! This is not made clear on the web site.”

“Very rapid delivery and the box is really well made and looks good. Roseland would have got 5 stars, but the Sussex Oak Storage box arrived with slight damage to one corner. However, their efficient sales dept responded very quickly to my message about the damage offering to replace the box or I could choose to have a 20% refund. I accepted the refund. I would recommend Roseland as a company with both excellent products and service.”

“The furniture itself looks nice, but after having wrong item delivered and then had to wait over the weekend for the tv cabinet to be delivered Monday not sure I’d order again”
