“Wrong item initially delivered. Delivery of correct item attempted in a day I informed them I would not be in. Successful delivery of correct item on third attempt. Very pleased with the quality of the furniture but probably would not buy from them again.”

“Great furniture, ordered on 19th August but not received until 13 September. Received no notification of delivery until I contacted Roseland. Gave phone number of courier company(MXL Deliveries) Phoned MXL who confirmed delivery between 10:00 @ 12:00.on the 13th October this was required due to my wife and I receiving major surgery and unable to lift.MXL delivered at 09:30 to my next door neighbour- not impressed”

“I bought 2 bedside tables with drawers from Roseland furniture which arrived very quickly and were very well packaged. Unfortunately on unpacking it was obvious that one of the tables was damaged in places, I contacted Roseland who were really good and resolved my problem immediately.”

“Both items of furniture we're very pleased with as we only had a small place to put them, we didn't have much choice. We have had a lot of nice comments. The delivery firm wasn't good though. They failed to find the new property, but didn't ring us do we could have directed them and we tried 4 times to get in touch with ghen”

“Prompt, friendly delivery. Took it upstairs for me. Didn't realise it all comes flat pack. The bottom is assembled but the rest is a diy job. Easy enough to put together, I did it on my own and took less than an hour. Only moan would be the screws were too short for the lid so had to get some longer screws otherwise the lid would not be secured on. Looks lovely once up, very sturdy.”
