“I loved the mini sideboard, but it was darker than I wanted and how it looked on line so I had to return it. The service was excellent throughout .”

“I have only bought one item of furniture from Roseland Furniture,..a TV Stand I was impressed with the appearance especially when is was so much cheaper than a competitor Service was good and delivery as promised I would not hesitate from buying from RF again”

“The delivery was efficient, the tv stand is lovely. The sideboard is slightly mismatched, the wood being different shades, which I am slightly unhappy with.”

“The bookcase came really well packed and was delivered in just a few days from ordering. It is very good quality and just what we were looking for. The only fault is that there are some areas underneath the shelves where the grey paint is missing.”

“Any other time I would have given a rave review for the speed of delivery, however I specifically asked on the order form for the furniture to arrive the following week? Unfortunately this did not happen and my wife had to take time off work at short notice to be home. This was massively inconvenient. That aside, the furniture was extremely well packaged, arrived unmarked and delivered in record time.”

“We were disappointed to find a scratch on the first cupboard but Roseland appologised and very quickly arranged for a repalcment to be sent out. The new cupboard was very nice.”

“Nice furniture for the money. Quick delivery and very well packaged. However, one of the two bedside tables had to be returned as faulty. This was sorted out speedily by email, and a replacement was sent. Very happy.”

“Lovely furniture that was slightly damaged in transit which is not the companies fault. The customer service received as follow up was excellent so I would recommend Roseland for their lovely products and excellent customer service.”

“Was really happy with my purchase and the speed of delivery. On first opinion I thought the quality was excellent, and overall it is very good. But on closer inspection I noticed some issues with the quality of the structure of our chest of drawers.”

“The ordering process was easy, we were advised when it had been sent to the courier. It went down hill from there. Part of the order was delivered, we weren't notified in advance and we were unable to track the delivery, Staff tried to track the rest of the order without luck. It was finally delivered 4 days later and left in the porch.”
