“The sideboard was as described and we are pleased with it. The reason for the lower score overall was the delivery by Tuffnells . At no point did the delivery company contact us to give a delivery date. On Friday morning I opened the curtain at the front door at 0800 . When I returned at 08.18 the sideboard had been left outside in the pouring rain . We struggled to get into the house as very heavy , the cardboard covering the furniture was soaking wet .at no point did I get a notification about the delivery. At no point did the promised email and text advice happen. So I would have liked to purchase more from Roseland but would be reluctant if they use Tuffnells for delivery as it was such a poor experience.”

“The chaps who delivered it were very good. They worked quickly and went out of their way. The wardrobe and chest of drawers are both very good quality. The chest was complete on delivery and the wardrobe easy to assemble. We are very happy with the furniture indeed and the service was good. We’ll worth an extra few quid.”

“I bought their largest TV unit. I was kept up to date from shipment to delivery. Delivery was slightly later than arranged but this was no issue. Excellent and seamless service. Will definitely be buying furniture from here in future.”

“Bookcase is good but a few niggles. Very small dent to bottom corner likely in factory but not worth the hassle! Courier codes must have been mixed up so got email saying it was being delivered earlier than expected. Took day off but never arrived. Arrived next week with no warning. Fortunately wife was in but then comes the real complaint. One man delivery for a 5' x 3' bookcase is completely impractical. Fortunately excellent packaging saved it from the bumping and banging around. Dumped at front door but was going to help wife on. She struggled to lift it over the step. As she tried to get a grip he walked away! THIS IS NOT A ONE MAN LIFT SO SHOULD NOT BE A ONE MAN DELIVERY”

“Very pleased with the quality of the wardrobe, bedside table and side table I ordered. The wardrobe was not too difficult to put together (I did it on my own) but you have to make sure that the piece that has the doors attached is the right way up before you attach the sides. The website was easy to order from, and there was not a long wait for delivery to be arranged - the 2 man delivery was on time and very efficient. I would happily purchase from Roseland again.”
