“Was after this unit for lounge went to oak furniture and was told 6mths waiting list. Went on Internet and found this furniture advertising same as I was after paid alittle bit mire than oak furniture but received furniture within 10days so really happy 😊”

“We have bought 3 items of furniture over the last 2 and a half years from Roseland, and all of them have been excellent quality. We have a small bookshelf, a tallboy and a bedroom chest of drawers. All arrived well packaged, and in a good time frame, and the benefit of solid wood that needs no assembly is an added bonus. I will happily buy from them again.”

“The furniture is solid, built to last but compares very favourably price wise. I have several pieces, including 2 console tables and 2 plant/lamp stands. Mine are London Oak which looks amazing in our very old house.”

“I would give 5 stars if the item had not been damaged in transit After removing the packaging it would have been impossible to return in the same packaging. Fortunately as I am a retired cabinet maker I was able to do the necessary repairs myself.”

“White chest of drawers looks good and is so well made, even the drawers had the knobs put in on reverse of each draw, not rolling around in a packet! Prompt delivery quicker than anticipated ! The dresser was packaged so well no drawers moved (not like other suppliers I had to return damaged items to)!) I can highly recommend buying from Roseland and supporting UK manufacturers.”

“The first item arrived damaged however the speed of the customer service to replace it was excellent. A replacement was ordered within 30 minutes of me calling and the item arrived within a couple of days. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again.”

“The furniture is delightful, well made and just beautiful. My only criticism is the vast amount of packaging they come in. I understand the need for shock absorbent inner packaging and a sturdy outer box but I really struggle with the outer packaging which then surrounds the outer box. It seems very excessive and a bit overkill to be honest. I live alone and have struggled to wrestle with the heavy furniture to get it out and am a little fearful of ordering further items because of it.”

“A lovely piece of furniture, well-made and sturdy. My only disappointment was that I couldn't use it for the purpose I intended. I wanted a small bookcase for my cookery books in the kitchen but unfortunately the depth and height of the shelves was too small. It would have been helpful to know the internal dimensions of the unit/shelves as only giving the outer dimensions doesn't provide the necessary detail.”
