“The oak bed looks lovely, good quality wood and fairly easy to put together. One minor point was that one of the screws had penetrated the side a little too far so that you could just see the wood bulging out on the outside. As it was going against a wall it didn't matter. Have had numerous items from Roseland, all good. The delivery process was not good, I came home to find the bed just dropped in three boxes on the drive in full view of the street. I had no notification of the forthcoming delivery or statement to say it had been delivered. Just fortunate that I came home when I did!”

“I ordered 5 pieces of furniture from Roseland. I had to return one piece because it was damaged in transit, but was delighted with the rest. Customer services are second to none - the best I have ever come across anywhere. Whether I phoned or e-mailed, my queries were given immediate attention. The only reservation I have is about the couriers who did not always come up to scratch, but the Roseland company is one you can trust.”

“The nest of tables arrived very well packaged and when promised, however one of them was slightly damaged. Their customer service is excellent, as soon as I contacted them they replied with 3 options - I chose a partial refund which they actioned immediately. Very impressed.”

“We received the first sideboard with a damaged edge and had to return this. The second one delivered was not damaged as such, but the quality and finish is poor for the price we paid. The grooves on the top at either end are not of the same width, the back has poor finish and what looks like glue marks that have run down the whole back, so could not be shown from that side. We could have bought better from IKEA ( for half the price) and won’t buy from you or recommend you to anyone. I am happy to send photos but this review will not allow me .”
