“it was a pleasure to take delivery of a piece of furniture not needing any 'self assembly'! it is exactly as it was described in your advertisement. it is for a relative and it looks good quality and sturdy so i know they will appreciate it. it was also packed really well so not damaged. i will definitely be a returning customer! thank you.”

“First purchased from Roseland Furniture in 2019. Needed a piece of furniture to match the original purchase but didn’t have any details myself. Contacted them directly and they were very helpful, I was able to order the piece of furniture needed and it arrived very quickly! Very impressed with service and furniture is very good quality.”

“Overall a very good experience with Roseland furniture. However disappointed with the FARROW GREY DOUBLE WARDROBE WITH DRAWERS costing £489.95. For this price I would expect a proper wooden wardrobe. However the top of the wardrobe is planked and does not have solid oak. For this price I would expect a clean oak top. The description doesn’t indicate that the wardrobe top would be hollow planks, a cleaning nightmare. Won’t recommend the wardrobe not worth the price. The chest of drawers is good no complaints.”

“Two items we ordered both arrived damaged as well as there being clear signs of being cheaply/poorly made. Poor value for money. We’ve sent back for a refund. The person sent to collect the items said he takes a lot of Roseland furniture back due to damage!”

“I recently purchased a side table. Mostly the table was of good quality apart from a section behind the drawer which was a thin sheet of wood that had been stapled on. This section was not in keeping with the rest of the table and was not displayed or described on your advertisement.”
