“Great piece of furniture looks very good and arrived very quickly after being ordered Well packed and protected during transit I cant recommend this company enough. I will always look on their website if I was looking to purchase another cabinet”

“Wasn't sure how long delivery would be as placed order while item out of stock . Contacted customer services to find out if they had any idea of how long it would be . They couldn't give me a date , however shortly after I received notification that it was on it's way . Overall very happy with service .”

“I already have another six draw chest from Rosaland, the second chest was not of the same colour and was not finished to the same standard as the first, disapointing to say the least. the two chest could not stand side by side as the difference was obvious. The firm of delivery agent was poor, said they would deliver one day, so time was taken from work dutys, but it did not arrive, no explanation given. The item was delivered two days later without notice, and was left in my front garden as I was not at home, very poor service.”

“We have ordered quite a few items of living room and bedroom furniture over the last few years and have been really pleased with the quality. If I had to pick holes in one issue however it would be with the courier firm,as we never seem to recieve notification that delivery is imminent and never seem to recieve a calling card to say they have delivered. But the furniture itself comes much recommended.”

“Chest of drawers looks fantastic, really lovely addition to my bedroom. I would like to suggest that you change your delivery company though. Only one person made the delivery and it was dropped off of the van, witnessed by five of my neighbours, put on his shoulder and bounced along the balcony, he never even had a barrow. Really fortunate that you had packed it so well !!!”

“Really good piece of furniture and it's also very solid. Quite heavy to carry upstairs but the fact that it's real wood with a correct price and that it comes from a responsible source makes it worth it.”

“TV unit is great. Carrier XDP was shocking and let down company by not delivering when arranged & not communicating. Customer services at Roseland picked up the ball quickly and their own delivery guy was brilliant.”

“I’m very disappointed with the fact that I quickly received an email to acknowledge my purchase stating that the item had been dispatched only to find out after I emailed that it was still with the delivery company. I am supposed to be receiving this on Friday 14th which is much longer than I expected. I hope that it is in perfect condition otherwise I will be even more disappointed if it has to be returned especially as I could have had an alternative from another company in a much quicker time!”

“Products on website looks wonderful however after purchase Roseland Furniture informing about stock not being available as well they are unable to specify delivery day. I made two separate purchases and one was almost a two month time to be delivered and second took almost five months! Both products was delivered with damage and missing parts. I am extremely disappointed as after first order I wanted to give them another chance perhaps another order proved consistent poor service :(”
