“I received my padstow sideboard after a no of weeks and I love it. It arrived well packaged and thankfully the driver helped to get it to the door as it was heavy. It was meant for the hall but I actually loved it in the dining room in the end.”

“Item still not delivered after 2 week after having received despatch notification from Roseland. Chased and Roseland said were contacting delivery partner but had to chase every time for them to come back to me. Still no chair more than 2 weeks on or any resolution from Roseland. Won't be purchasing from here again.”

“Really solid and stable sideboard and console table in a beautiful pale grey with wood finish top. Excellent service from Roseland with super fast delivery - both arrived within 2 days of ordering. I would absolutely recommend Roseland to anyone and will definitely use them again.”

“The sideboard we ordered had a badly scratched top so we refused delivery (the delivery company were brilliant, though). Sadly the experience with customer service has not been great at all. We had no contact off them afterwards, and we have had to chase them several times instead to see what's happening - and now almost two weeks later are still awaiting news about when the replacement sideboard will be delivered. Hoping the replacement when it finally arrives is in better order. They've had our money for weeks now and we have not got anything to show for it. Disappointed to be honest.”

“Lovely cabinet - but not as deep as I hoped and it is frustrating that the shelves are fixed limiting what can be stored in the cupboards. I wanted to store wine in mine but cant do that and have now put the wine in racks on top of the cupboard and stored dog food within. The cupboard looks well made, solid and a pretty natural oak colour - all of which I do like.”

“TV stand was delivered really quickly and was packaged really well. Couple of downsides, I live on the second floor there’s no lift, I had to ask a neighbour to help me get it up the stairs then when I unpacked it there were no drawer handles, fortunately I had a couple of spares and they fit perfectly. The stand is good quality and looks really nice and I would definitely order from Roseland again.”

“I received my console table promptly but unfortunately it was damaged with paint flaked and peeling badly in 3 corners of the shelf. I have returned it on 5th May and I await a full refund.”

“Two bed side cabinets and a dressing table with stool were ordered. We were hoping for prompt delivery, in the event expectations were exceeded, to our great delight. The items are solid and robust (I know, I carried them upstairs :-).) Some assembly was needed (thank goodness, see previous comment :-)) which was readily completed. We recommend Roseland Furniture for both service and quality of product. Thank You.”

“Excellent service. From ordering to delivery the process was excellent. There was a delay on 1 item but this was resolved quickly by the customer service team. The customer service team were friendly, professional and dealt with my issue promptly. The furniture looks lovely in my living room. I would recommend this company”

“Delivery on 30th April 2021 of supposed dining room table, 4 chairs and sideboard. We did not receive the table top or connecting bolts to the legs and had two chairs we did not order. Phoned immediately after delivery and since chased with an email. Still have no date for delivery of table top and chair collection. Please sort out immediately. Thank you”
