“I ordered a sideboard that arrived damaged. It was evident as soon as I opened the box so resealed it & email for a replacement. The most annoying thing is that you can’t speak to anyone, Roseland furniture love to fire back an email saying ‘do not reply to the email’ - even when I’ve replied to the person that wrote to me! Another delivery arrived which they couldn’t find on the van BECAUSE IT WAS A COLLECTION!!!! The damaged sideboard is still in my house & I’ve now also cancelled the replacement. SORT IT OUT ROSELAND!”

“Very prompt delivery and perfect fit for smaller rooms. The console table looks lovely in our hallway and is just the right size. Liked it so much we ordered some bedside tables and tallboy drawers. Glad we did. Very pleased.”

“Although the quality of the furniture is extremely good, the delivery timescale was not. This admittedly was due to covid and brexit related problems, also a distribution centre fire where said furniture was stored. In fairness to the company, they did give me a generous discount as an apology for the excessive delivery waiting time. Their products are very good value, and well made.”
