“I’m very disappointed with the fact that I quickly received an email to acknowledge my purchase stating that the item had been dispatched only to find out after I emailed that it was still with the delivery company. I am supposed to be receiving this on Friday 14th which is much longer than I expected. I hope that it is in perfect condition otherwise I will be even more disappointed if it has to be returned especially as I could have had an alternative from another company in a much quicker time!”

“Products on website looks wonderful however after purchase Roseland Furniture informing about stock not being available as well they are unable to specify delivery day. I made two separate purchases and one was almost a two month time to be delivered and second took almost five months! Both products was delivered with damage and missing parts. I am extremely disappointed as after first order I wanted to give them another chance perhaps another order proved consistent poor service :(”

“The quality of the furniture is not worth the money. The service is shocking, we are trying to get it collected so we can get a refund. No one collected it when they said they were going to and we are having trouble trying to reorganise collection as we can’t get hold of anyone.”

“The extra large dresser is an excellent and sturdy piece of furniture. The delivery was swift and efficient and was placed in the room in which it was to be used. My only minor comment is that the screws supplied to fix the top piece to the base were rather small to hold a heavy structure together. I substituted longer wood screws. For general information the top requires two people to lift it onto the base. Apart from these comments we are very pleased with the dresser.”

“Ordered a tv cabinet and two matching lamp tables in cream paint and oak. They arrived very quickly, but on opening one of the well packed lamp tables found that the colour was ivory and not cream as indicated on the web site, so had to return them. The ivory, in my opinion was a light grey and not a light cream.”

“I very rarely write reviews but on this occasion, I will make an exception. I ordered a £350.00 TV corner unit and when it arrived, it was badly damaged. I spoke to customer service and they organised a replacement, this also arrived damaged. The currier used by Roseland failed to collect the original so now I have two units in my house which cannot be used. I mistakenly ordered a third unit and this arrived today, they wrong item has been sent so we refused delivery. I would not use Roseland again in the items were free, not happy at all.”

“The quality is excellent, exactly as I expected. Delivery was on time and timely, no waiting for stock to become available. It would be useful if you could also sell the same size in width and height but with either just one shelf or with adjustable shelves, our intention is to use it as a bookcase in a room intended for Grandchildren and many of their books are too big for the shelf height, meaning the books have to be laid on their sides, not an ideal situation”
