“We were not as pleased this time with our furniture as when we have previously ordered; the quality didn't seem so good but possibly because we chose from a different range. Unfortunately we have a small chip on our chest of drawers. We did not bring this to your attention as we had removed all packaging and set the drawers up by the time this was noticed. Can't fault speed of delivery though.”

“Placed an order at the end of January which was due to be delivered within 7 days but haven't received it yet. The courier tracking site has not been updated since they collected the item. After speaking with Roseland Furniture they said they would contact the courier and provide an update but haven't heard back. Tried to call them and after waiting on line for over an hour nobody answered the phone. I finally received an email saying that they are still waiting for an update from the courier”

“The bookcase is well made and looks good. I wasn’t expecting to see staples holding the back in place but maybe I was expecting too much for the money. Delivery went well and it arrived quickly. The bookcase was well packaged and well protected”

“After waiting over 3 months for furniture to arrive was disappointed to find it was made in Vietnam.Doors on all three items not aligned properly and a scratch on one cabinet delivery service very poor no arrival day given just a time slot on day they decided to deliver and then just left on door step not even allowing space for you to get out.Overall experience very poor.”

“OVER THE MOON WITH THE QUALITY, AND VALUE FOR MONEY, WOULD DEFINATELY SHOP WITH ROSELAND AGAIN, GREAT SERVICE AND ITEMS WERE VERY WELL PACKED, HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM APRIL WILKES LEAMINGTON SPA”

“The Roseland Oak Corner stand and sideboard are beautiful and fit ideally. The only negative I have is the lack of communication between company and myself it took 4 months to arrive. I was informed that both items would arrive together on the same day. They arrived 2 days apart. I appreciate we have had lock down etc but wish communication had been more transparent”
