“Very good company to deal with. Very helpful honest & reliable. The product i ordered was out of stock when i ordered it but they kept me informed as to when it would be back in stock. I had a slight issue with delivery but it was all sorted amicably & swiftly. This is the type of place you want to do business with.”

“Hi Roseland Furniture is very good quality for what you pay very well made. The only let down is that they say that the transport co will email you to say when they are delivering they dont. Other than that very pleased with the service”

“I've bought a few items from Roseland before and been very happy with the quality, delivery and price. However, the most recent purchase arrived damaged (looked like impact damage from transit). A replacement was arranged and delivered a week after the original, with collection at the same time. The second item was also damaged (wood had split) and has had to be returned. The second item has been collected, but 2 weeks on from the first delivery we are still waiting for an undamaged item to be delivered. Roseland have dealt well with each incident, but are quite slow to respond. When an acceptable item does arrive, it looks like it will fit well and be a good addition to the room, but had to remove a star just for the hassle of this particular order.”

“I am very impressed with my new Zelah Corner TV Stand, However ,I wasn't advised of the date it was due to be delivered, Consequently,I was not at home on the day it was delivered (4/2/21 )”

“Nice sideboard delivered swiftly and efficiently by your courier. It was well packaged without dents or rips, however when I took it off there is a 4 inch tear in the backing board of the sideboard which is stapled on. Due to Covid I have decided to keep it as it is too much trouble to return it and have a replacement. It doesn't deter from the look of the sideboard which I am pleased with as I have placed it against a wall.”

“We were not as pleased this time with our furniture as when we have previously ordered; the quality didn't seem so good but possibly because we chose from a different range. Unfortunately we have a small chip on our chest of drawers. We did not bring this to your attention as we had removed all packaging and set the drawers up by the time this was noticed. Can't fault speed of delivery though.”

“Placed an order at the end of January which was due to be delivered within 7 days but haven't received it yet. The courier tracking site has not been updated since they collected the item. After speaking with Roseland Furniture they said they would contact the courier and provide an update but haven't heard back. Tried to call them and after waiting on line for over an hour nobody answered the phone. I finally received an email saying that they are still waiting for an update from the courier”
