“Happy with the furniture and the wait time. We ordered some hall furniture and were pleased with the value for money. It's not top quality, but it's good enough and looks fine. We may well order more items. Communication from the delivery company wasn't good - their app is particularly useless - but in practice the goods turned up in reasonable time.”

“Ordered 2 x bedside draw cabinets, a chest of drawers, a three door wardrobe and a tallboy. Ordering was easy. Delivery was good other than being delivered at 6.45 AM. (yes AM). The three door wardrobe unfortunately had a fault with two of the door hinges. I offered to fix them myself on receipt of two replacement hinges, it unfortunately took three weeks for the hinges to arrive. Hinges now replaced and we are happy with the furniture. Roseland customer services a little lacking.”

“Great value furniture that is of high quality. I paid extra for the 2 man delivery & there was some questioning when they arrived if they'd be able to deliver it to my flat, however this was resolved & the item was delivered in good condition.”

“Furniture is great. Coffee table and small sideboard are ideal for small spaces. People need to be aware that the shelves in the small bookcases are fixed so only take very small books.”

“Hi, at first I wasn’t sure at all, as they never answered their phone! Eventually after a few emails they answered my query by email where I wanted to know if they had a certain item in stock and how long delivery would take? True to their word they said delivery would be up to 8 days, so was delighted when table arrived just 3 days later!”

“This is nice furniture and good value for money. Delivered quickly and well packaged. Just what I was looking for. It was a pity one item was flawed by tape applied to the front which I could not easily remove. It was replaced within a week.”
