“We ordered some Farrow Grey furniture, a hallway bench and telephone table at the beginning of October. We are pleased with the design and finish of the items, they fit well in our hallway. The items were delivered in the middle of November after they seemed to have not processed the order correctly. Fortunately I was able to find a telephone number as I couldn’t find one on the website and they haven’t yet answered my email.”

“I was very impressed by the speed of the delivery and I cannot fault the way the bookcase was so carefully packaged. It needed to be - because as I have already mentioned in emails the service provided by the delivery company was atrocious with the bookcase left outside of my garage overnight! The delivery driver did not knock the door or put any notification through the letter box - unbelievable! I do hope this has been formally reported back to the delivery company because I do believe they let Roseland down too. I am very pleased with the bookcase - it is a neat piece of furniture.”

“Lovely pice of furniture. I was surprised to find it wasn’t a flat back but a solid piece of furniture. Especially at the price. Sturdy and looks more expensive than it was. Would definitely recommend”

“The TV stand is just the right size for the room and our 43” TV looks good on it. We are happy with the quality although it’s not quite as good as items in the Farrow Grey range which we bought earlier in the year, which are excellent. The only issue we have is that the screws for the handle on one of the draws were not long enough. We spent over an hour trying to fit it and gave up in the end and used longer screws.”

“Have given 4 stars as have bought from Rosalind before and very pleased at the quality of the furniture. Unfortunately this time we are still awaiting delivery although told on the 9th Nov that the item would be with us shortly, ordered on the 3rd. Maybe change your courier as I object to paying £30.00 delivery charges for something that takes this long”

“I am very happy with the furniture but having had 2 delivery’s at separate times the farrow grey is a different colour. I really preferred the first colour which wasn’t so grey.”

“Lovely item. Well packed. I was given a time frame for delivery but unbeknown to me the item was delivered an hour beforehand when I was out and left with a neighbour. No card was left through the door to advise me of this. It wasnt until the evening that my neighbour brought it round. I had been tracking the parcel all afternoon and it was telling me it was still out for delivery.”

“Very happy with the quality of the pieces order and at a very reasonable price. The delivery was not on time, but could hardly be expected to be during the current pandemic. Only reasoon i never gave five stars was their was a small crack on the bookcase (superficial) and I requested from Roseland some touch up paint. They replied to my general question but did not respond to my request. Other than that, I would definately use again.”

“Ordered table and delighted with product although did take longer than expected to arrive.... Covid??.... maybe!! However, I am elderly, live in first floor flat and was not clear if this would be delivered to my door and not left downstairs so paid additional £25 for two man delivery only to find on the day that one man practically ran up the stairs with the box on his shoulders. Would have been helpful and cheaper to have had some guidance from company on whether 2 man delivery was necessary!!”

“Very happy with my item unfortunately the first one come and it was damaged so had to go back and be replaced but just phoned up and told them about this and a new one was sent straight out to me and they organised damaged one to be picked up and sent back”
